How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items are final sale.
Does Monica + Andy ship internationally?
Yes, we currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
How should I care for my organic cotton garments?
To maintain the quality and softness of our organic cotton, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
